Just like in mangas!: Male!Reader x Tomoko Part 4

The next day came, and your second day of school. You were preparing yourself to go to school, and telling your sister to be careful and good luck at school as she walked to the direction of her school while you headed to yours.

As you walking towards your school, you were thinking about what with happen with your little façade. You've always made yourself a very kind and sweet guy around people since you were afraid of how people would react to your real self. You thought they think would see you a a boring person that wants attention. Yeah right. You're just pretending to be a nice guy that is like everyone else.

You started sighing, as you changed your thoughts about Tomoko. You couldn't stop thinking about her last night. In fact, you were thinking about that you and Tomoko would do at school. Then you also thought about what your sister said to you. You quickly blushed and shook away your thoughts, 'What the hell am I thinking? There's no way in hell that I have this relationship already! We're just friends, isn't that right? ...Right?' you thought.

You let out a sigh before you arrived in front of the school and quickly made your made-up cheerfully smile, saying a cheeky 'hello' to everyone and 'hello' back as you entered the school.

Meanwhile, Tomoko was walking towards the school while having her mind into her fantasy and thoughts. "Okay, once I enter the school, I'm going to show that asshole what I really am. I mean, this happy-go-lucky freak is not gonna take me down that easily," she talked to herself, mentioning you, "Heh, since he's already that popular, I'll use my flirting tactic I trained last night. Once I got him, he's obviously going to fall for me," she said as she remembered her flashback last night.

FLASHBACK
Tomoko was researching 'how to flirt boy' from her computer, just to win you and falling into her trap, which will win her popularity. Her plan is to use her flirting attack so you can be attract from her, which will make the girls jealous. "Huh. So, this is how you so it? Hmm..." As she was scrolling down the page, her cheeks became pink and her eyes getting dizzy while reading what was on the page, "Oh god, do I have to this...?" She muttered, not liking on what in on the page.

Soon, the raven girl was now standing in front of the mirror, standing there in silent, before letting out a sigh, preparing her practice. She moved her hair that blocked one of the eye to the side and had her wrist near her chin, lift one of her feet mid-air, made her eyes sparkle and made a face that made her look innocent before saying in the cute childish voice, "Notice me senpai~!"

She quickly broke the pose and slumped down to the floor in miserable, "Why the hell is this even a thing?!" she yelled as she breathed in and stood up as she continued practising her flirting. 

END OF FLASHBACK
Tomoko chuckled as her flirty practice was a fully 'success' and excited to begin her plan. She then snapped out of it after noticing what was she planning. She was freaking going to flirting with a happy-go-lucky perverted freak! Her face turned red after realising the situation she's doing. Of course, this plan would make you two into a couple, but that doesn't mean she would really like you...

She then realised she was already in front of the school, gulping in fear, to scared to meet you face-to-face again.

After she entered and changed her shoes in her locker, she headed towards the classroom where we are, so she slowly used tiny steps so she would not meet you early. As she finally arrived her classroom, she opened the side-door and found you, talking to the student with a happy smile.

She froze and quickly leaned back at the door on her back, just to not let you see her. She was shivering and breathing heavily, not wanting to know how will it happen if you see her. She was in a panic state and was scared to meet you. 'Crap! He's here! What should I do?!' She thought madly and sweating, as she leaned at the corner to the door, looking at you.

That when you took notice her, and you called her, "Hey, Tomoko!" Tomoko jumped in shock that you've noticed her and quickly hid back at the back of the door, 'Shit! He freaking saw me! And he freaking called me out loud! Is this guy an idiot?!' she thought, just when the school bell rang.

LATER
The class had ended and lunch has began. Tomoko sighed in relief that it was over since she doesn't bothered listening. She took out her obento, thinking about eating somewhere alone.

"Hey, Tomoko," she jumped in surprise, hearing a voice too familiar. It was you, smiling at her. The raven girl slowly turned to you with a nervous, "Y-Y-Yeah...?" she asked softly. This was a perfect opportunity to get you. She wants to start flirting by your appearance. Yet, she's trying to, since she was too afraid to open her mouth. "Did I gave you too much stress? In that chance, sorry. I thought you need to be notice, since you're quite shy. Thought I can help," you said, rubbing your head, 'No shit, idiot,' she thought about saying that, but instead said, "I-It's no p-problem..."

You lightly chuckled, "So, you wanna have lunch toge-" you were cut off when a girl came up to you, "Hey, (M/N)-kun! You wanna have lunch together? There's another seat for one more," she asked, which made you and Tomoko shocked. "Uh, well, actually-" you couldn't finish you sentence when she grabbed your arm, "There's no need to be shy! Come on, they're not that crazy! Come!" she said as she dragged you away from Tomoko and towards the huge table full of students.

Tomoko remained silent, before sighing in relief, 'Thank god! Thought I was about to die. But wait, weren't my plan was to get him fall for me?' she thought and realised it, 'Dammit! Why did I forgot about that? Now that bitch took him away! My chance is ruined!' he thought as she watched you joined and sat with the group of students and chat happily.

She 'tsked' before taking her lunch and leaving the classroom while staring at you in annoyance, and when you turned to her, she quickly broke eye-contact between her green eyes and your (e/c) eyes.

She walked upstairs to the rooftop, where there was nobody there. She sighed in relief as she closed the door behind her and sat beside the wall, eating her lunch. "Tch! I was so close on getting him, until that bitch has to ruin everything! But that bitch got me some time for me to get myself ready though," she said, "I mean, this guy really ticks me off! That cheesy smile! I really hate that freak! Glad I can get some alone time!" she said proudly, just when she slowly frowned, "But, for some reason... I feel so lonely... I mean, I'm always alone, but..." she softly muttered as she slowly eats.

Meanwhile, with you, you were chatting with the lively students, which you guys quickly became friends, having lunch together. You realised that Tomoko was no longer on her seat. You frowned, realised that you've left her, "Hey, (M/N)-kun, are you okay?" one of the girl, Suzume, asked curiously, "Oh, nothing!" you snapped out of it, and quickly smiled.

"Hey, (M/N)! Let us about those things back at (country) you did already!" one of the guys, Rue, asked, "I told you, there's not important," you excused, chuckling, "Hey, come on! I know you're hiding something!" the other guy, Satoshi, grinned. 

"Besides that, you look kinda of weird today, (M/N)-kun," the other girl, Mei, said, which made you surprised, "What? No! Why would I look weird?" you said, weakly laughed, "You're DEFINITELY hiding something, (M/N)-kun~" Suzume sang, with a devious grin, "N-No! Really, guys! I'm not! A-Ahahaha!" you weakly laughed, "Yep! Your weakly laughter is super obvious," Satoshi said.

You were at a limit. You didn't want to reveal the real you, fearing that they might find you weird, even though you really are. You had no choice but to reveal what you were hiding. "Okay guys, you caught me. I'm actually hiding something," you said with a smile, rubbing the back of your head.

"AH-HA! Knew it!" Satoshi said, "So, what is it?" "Well, I had this weird feeling after seeing a girl for the first time," you answered, not wanting to know their answer from the inside. "Oh! That means 'Love at first sight'!" Your mind nearly snapped from Mei's answer, but you held back your sudden reaction.

"They said that when people saw the person, they had a feeling inside their heart, and their facials are crazy about it. That's what 'Love at first sight' is!" Mei explained. You wanted to yell that it's not like that, but you shrugged it off, and nodded. "Ooh! So, (M/N)-kun, you fell in love with someone then?" Suzume asked. You tried to cover your blush on your cheek, but you couldn't since they already saw you blushed, "N-No, not really..." "Liar~! You can't hide from us, (M/N)!" Rue said.

You really wished you haven't accepted their offering. Things are now out of the line. "Uh, well... There is someone..." You regret opening that up. "REALLY?! Who is it?!" Suzume asked excitedly, "N-Nobody important! Besides, it's a secret!" you saved, which made Suzume down. "Does she knows?" Mei asked, "Not really," you replied, "Then go get her! Your bride's freaking waiting for you, man!" You really want to punch Rue for that. That was when the lunch bell rang, telling lunch was over.

Tomoko came back, which made you realised you didn't spend time with her in lunch. You got upset about that, you even told her you would be with her next lunch. You hoped that this didn't break your connection with Tomoko.

LATER
School was over, you wondered if Tomoko was angry at you, and disappointed at you for not having lunch together. You punched yourself in the head, "I'm such an idiot," you said to yourself. Luckily, there was no one around you, or noticed you.

While you were walking towards your locker, you saw Tomoko, right there, not noticing you at all. She had her mind on somewhere else, as she started to to leave the school. You quickly called her out, "Hey, Tomoko!" The raven headed girl jumped in surprise, after she heard your voice.

She slowly turned around and gave you a nervous weak smile, "O-Oh, h-hey (M/N)..." she said very softly that was unheard, "Um, listen, sorry if you were upset about us not having lunch together. I just couldn't help it when people insist me to join," you weakly laughing, hoping she would forgive you, "I-It's not p-problem..." she replied back.

You both had once again, an awkward silent. 'What should I do now? I mean, I apologised. So, what the hell should I do now? Maybe ask her if she wants to walk with me again?' you thought, 'He's here again! Now's the perfect time to start my plan! But I can't do it here. I need to find somewhere I can do it,' Tomoko thought.

That's when the silent broke, "Um-" You both said at the same time which made you two surprised. Tomoko's eyes widened and broke eye contact, while you smiled and chuckled, "Guess I'll say it first. You wanna walk home with me again, Tomoko?" you asked. Still not giving you the eye contact, you muttered, "S-Sure..." Your smile grew, "I'm glad."

From the looks of Tomoko's, she was shivering and weakly giving you a sweet smile, but in the inside, she was snickering, and was glad to use that as an advantage, 'Yes! My chance! This time, I've fully prepared myself for this!'

After you two left the school, you were walking, and it was the same as yesterday, an awkward silence. Tomoko was now sweating, having second thoughts about the plan, 'He's right there, goddammit! Do something! I'm not letting all of my practice go to waste! But then again, what happens if I screw things up? He's gonna freaking mock me! Or laugh at me! Come on, this is my chance I've been waiting for! But I'm ready! No wait, I am! Wait! AH! Screw this!!!' her thoughts screamed as she stopped on her track.

"O-O-Oi! (M-M-M-M/N)!" She called out which made you stopped as well, and turned to her in curiosity, "Hm?" She remained silent for a seconds before breathing in, as she leaned front with her fists on her chin, and her eyes turned into sparkles and spoken with a cute voice, "D-Did you noticed me yet...?"

... ... ...

It took awhile before you were holding on your laughter, then let it out, "Pfft-Hahahahaha! Hahahaha!" you were laughing so much, that made Tomoko's face completely red. "Tomoko! Hahaha! You're so- Hahaha! So cute! Hahahahaha! You're so adorable! Hahahaha!" You couldn't hold on your laughter and holding onto your stomach while tears were coming from your eyes.

Tomoko quickly removed her position, biting her bottom lip in embarrassment, while listening your uncontrollable laughter. She really screwed it up, she thought.

You soon, started to stop laughing, and catching your breathe, "S-Sorry, Tomoko! I just couldn't help how adorable you are," you said, wiping the tears off of your eyes, which made Tomoko lowered her head more in humiliation. "But," you walked towards her and patted her head, "You don't need to force yourself on what you were going to do that will make you silly. You just do what you want to do," you said as you rubbed her head. She just felt that she wants to die already, but somehow, she felt relaxing now.

"There's no need to do impress me that hard. You've already impressed me at the day I've first met you," you added, which made her looked at you in surprise. You simply softly smiled at the girl.

Soon, you've both arrived at Tomoko's house, and you both said goodbye as she went back home, while you were walking back home. As Tomoko finished her daily stuff, she ran into her room, slammed the door and banging her head on her desk many times she finished a sentence, "GODDAMMIT! I SCREWED IT UP! THIS IS THE WORST DAY! I'M HUMILIATED MYSELF IN FRONT OF THE NEW GUY! AHHH! SOMEBODY KILL ME!" she yelled out as she gave one last head bang and let her head lay on the desk.

"And, for some reason, it wasn't that bad, though," she said. She looked around the room and found the paper that have your phone number, and sighed, "Guess he's not bad. But I still freaking hate him." she said, until she rubbed where you rubbed her head. She made a small smile, 'Not bad...'

Meanwhile, back to you, it was 9:15pm and you've finished you homework. You fell back on your bed, staring at the ceiling, thinking about what happened today, "Jeez, what a day. I thought I was going to explore in rage," you said, remembering your new friends said to you. You then remembered Tomoko, and snickered with a bit of blush on your cheeks, "Man, she's so cute..."

Your eyes widened after what you said and facepalmed yourself, hiding your face, "Oh, god, there I go again. Why the hell is this happening to me?" you muttered, "This 'love' crap is driving me crazy. I jet met her, now I'm feeling this 'love' thing. I barely had more time with her, and now, it's like my friends just said. This is just stupid."

When you removed your hand off of your face, you saw (s/n) with a sly smirk on her face. 'Oh shit.' You thought, realising that she heard everything what you said. "Onii-chan. You really DO like someone, don't you~?" she sang, which made you sat up, with your cheeks red, "H-Hey, you- what- how the- when were-" you couldn't find a word to complete your questions, "So, who IS she, anyway, onii-chan~? There's no use to hide your secrets anymore. I heard everything! I even heard called her cute!" (s/n) said.

Well, looks like she heard what you said, especially when you called Tomoko 'cute'. You couldn't hide it anymore, since she knows now, and decided to tell her. You sighed, "Fine, you caught me. But, this isn't what you think, okay?" you said to her, she giggled as she sat on your bed beside you, "So, who is it anyway, onii-chan?"

You sighed, "As you already know, yes, it's a girl, and no, it's not what's your head is thinking right now," you said to her, poking her forehead, "And her name is?" she asked, "Her name's Kuroki Tomoko," you answered, "Heeh, so what kind of girl is she?" she asked again, "Well, she's kinda shy, lonely, cute, a bit messy, but still cute. She sometimes daydreams, which I kinda found it cute. She's pretty shy a lot, and can be silly, but she's so cute at the time, and she's so adorably cute, and she-"

You stopped when you noticed (s/n) had a smug smile, "W-What are you smiling about?" you asked, confused and annoyed, "Onii-chan, do you realise how many times you said cute, right?" she replied, which made you blushed red, "W-WHAT?! S-Since when?!" you yelled, "Don't even TRY to hide it, onii-chan. I know you have a crush on her," she said, "What?! I-" you got cut off by (s/n), "No more lies! You don't wanna be a tsundere on the inside, right? So it's best if you stop being stubborn already," she said, "Stubborn? I..."

You couldn't answer that. You've realised that you were acting stubborn, avoiding the questions about what you're feeling. You thought it was stupid, but inside of you said otherwise. After Tomoko tried to 'flirt' on you, which you figured it out, you felt this weird feeling after seeing her being so cute. Guess you couldn't hide this feeling you've been having ever since you've met her.

And ever since you'd got your eyes on Tomoko, this started to happen. This is not some crazy idiotic feeling you're having. It's something different. Something involve Tomoko. And the truth is... you really like her.

"Oi. Onii-chan? Onii-chan~ Onii-chan!" You snapped out of trance, seeing (s/n) waving her hand on your face, "Oh! D-Did I just space out?" you panicked, "Yep! You did!" your face turned red in embarrassment, "Well? You like her, or not?" she asked, and you sighed, "Alright. I actually like her..." you said quietly, and (s/n) raised her eyebrow, "Hmm? I didn't hear that~" she mocked, which made you sighed even louder, "I said, I like her," you repeated louder, which made her grinned.

"I knew it! Haha~! I can't wait to see your girlfriend and soon-to-be-your-wife!" she mocked, which made you fumed up and slammed your hand her mouth, "Okay, shut up! And stop with your crazy thoughts! Yes, I like her, but I'm not going to be her boyfriend yet!" You stopped after realising what you had said, "I mean...!" You let go of her mouth, and hiding your face, covering your blush, "What is wrong with me?"

"It's called 'love', onii-chan! And don't worry, I can help you out," (s/n) said, and you narrowed your eyes at her, "Help me?" "Yeah! I've read and watched a lot of romance stories to know about this! Besides, you wanna be close with her and know her more, right?" she said. She has a point. You wanted to get close with Tomoko, know her more and many things with her. Maybe this 'love' was now getting to you. You do like her. Is your sister trying to get you and Tomoko into the next level or something?

You sighed, "Alright, fine, you can help me out, but don't tell mum about this, 'kay?" you warned and (s/n) smiled widely, "Brilliant! Now let's get started!" she said as she went to the bed and took out her 'secret box' and took out a romance genre manga she was reading when she had free time. You raised your eyebrow, "What are you doing?" you asked curiously, "Having you learn how to bond more," she answered as she went back to you.

"Why would I learn how to bond if I already know how to do that?" you asked, "Onii-chan, you gotta trust me in this. Not that I'm trying to get you bond on the outside, but the inside as well. I mean, what happens if you start to reveal your true self to her?" she replied. Even thought you want to reject this, you couldn't since you want to bond with Tomoko more.

"Okay. Go ahead," you answered. "Alrighty! Let's begin!" she said as she opened the manga and straight ahead explained many things to gain more bonding between you and another person and the relationship. You're surprised that (s/n) could have known that much knowledge about this. You started to think that it was a good idea and learned every word she said.
